- MUST be dance tights! No regular panty hose!
- Have at least 1 back up pair!
Tank Leotard

- Heel height is up to you.
- Need to wear them to dance rehearsal each week to get used to doing your dances in them
- If purchasing online, beaware they do run different than street shoes. You might want to try them on in the store.

Support Garments
- Lots of ladies wear a nude leotard with clear straps under their base costume for extra coverange and support
- Most importantly make sure you have adequate bra support, especially for dancers! If you don't it will show up on stage, and not in a flattering way!
- No matter what style bra you wear, make sure it has CLEAR straps or that you can't see them under your Black leotard. This is important because each dance costume is different and we don't want all colors of bra straps hanging out on stage!
